Abersoch Beach

We've had a great day in Abersoch: fishing, sailing and pony trekking in the hot sunshine.

Take a look at our happy Scouts in their new purple t-shirts - except Victoria who's t-shirt got too wet and decided to change.

We've caught 42 mackerel which the Scouts will cook on the fire later. Curry for those that don't like fish.

We even saw Bear Grylls today (from a distance, admittedly) who waved at us as he sailed past.

Back to the camp site now for tea, games and camp fire.

    Really enjoying the update, glad you are all having a good time.

    Promised Arun that I'd send him a message with the England squad for the rugby world cup next month as I'm sure he can think of nothing else!!

    Sounds like a great day. Curry for Alex too, hope he was okay with the fish catching, and your brother wants your t-shirt! Love the colour. Can't get my post to work unless I'm anonymous, but I'm happy to be known as Alex's mum.
